Galleria Palms was a nice place to stay. The location was amazing. It took us less than 10 minutes to get to all the Disney Parks and ESPN. The hot breakfast and mid day cookies were great! All of the staff members were so helpful and nice. It could use some updates on the facility itself, but overall it was a pleasant stay!

I stayed at the Galleria for a business trip. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a reasonable variety of choices. The only issue I had was waiting a long time for the water to get hot when taking a shower. I think for the price of the room, the hotel was a good choice.

Stayed for a weekend trip to the Orlando theme park areas. Went to Busch Gardens, SeaWorld and a Disney day. The hotel is centrally located, clean and reasonably priced. *Also one of the few hotels that still offer free parking which is huge selling point imo

My two-night stay at Galleria Palms Hotel was pleasant and convenient. The hotel embraces a 'barefoot elegance' style, which translated to a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast, though basic, was decent and helped kick-start the day. Being so close to Hollywood Studios was a major plus, making it easy to enjoy the park without long commutes. Overall, Galleria Palms offered exactly what I expected from a two-star hotel: convenience, comfort, and good value for the location.
