The property is in a great location, but the rooms are definitely outdated and a bit on the dirty side with old stains on the walls and the ground, check-in was quick and easy, and the staff are very helpful and friendly

The staff were excellent I have no complaints there. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The walls however are paper thin and I might as well have been in the room with my neighbours as the spoke on the phone on speaker or too each other from 5:30-7:30 am on a Sunday morning. The room I had was ground floor facing the parking lot where a couple was having a domestic argument at 1 am. I will not stay there again because of the lack of sound proofing between rooms.

We've been coming to thr Park Inn for years whenever we are in Markham for tournaments. Our stays have always been excellent. I will say, the place is starting to show signs of wear and tear though. Towel racks were falling out of the walls, bed was starting to get lumpy and just generally needs some updating. Still comfortable, cheap, and convenient. But if maintenance is not done more frequently, this will change

We were only here for a night as a quick stop so expectations were low for what we needed. We arrived to find the place completely under construction which we weren’t made aware of when booking. We were told at check-in that the construction is from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. Check-in and out was easy. We were woken up just after 7 from the construction in the morning and the rooms themselves are not quiet. You can hear everything in the hallways and neighbouring rooms. One of the beds had someone else’s fake eyelashes in it so they don’t change the bedding between occupants and there are quite a few stains. When we mentioned that it was quite loud and the eyelashes at checkout, they guy said “okay” and took our keys and that was it. Side note: the breakfast at the hotel restaurant is not edible and we all go sick from it and hour later.

The hotel is a two-storey building located in an industrial area. If you don’t have a car, it takes a longer walk to reach nearby restaurants and shopping areas, which can be inconvenient—especially during the winter. The staff were helpful, although not particularly warm in their interactions. The room was clean, and the swimming pool was decent. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly option that serves its basic purpose well and offers reasonable value for the price. 👍🏨

The customer service is great and the staff was very helpful with and efficient with my check and check out. However, the hotel is very run down. The hallway to the room looked like something from a horror movie with stains everywhere, and then when you get into the room your first impression is okay but after a closer look at everything you really start to notice stuff. Mold in the bathroom, the light fixtures are loose on the wall, the stains on the chair in the corner, the stains on the light fixture as well, and it was just hard to be comfortable in a room like that. The gym they have there is also very run down, one of their two treadmills was out of service and their cable machine was broken. And I didn't go in it but from the looks of the pool it looked pretty rough as well. Again, the staff was great but once the new hotel next to it is finished they should probably consider bulldozing that place.

Convenient area with free and parking that felt safe. The lobby is clean and the front desk staff was fine. My son enjoyed the pool with his friends as we were there for a tournament. The rooms are extremely dated and it had an odd smell to it. As if someone had smoked in it prior. The carpet probably hasn’t been properly cleaned or vacuumed in many years. I immediately started having issues with my throat and coughed the entire time I was there. There is likely lots of dust and mold in this building. If you have to stay here, bring slippers for the room otherwise I’d choose another hotel entirely. We won’t be back.
