Spinnweben in der Wohnung, schmutziges Bett. Ich habe meine Bettwäsche nicht aufgezogen. Matratze zu dreckig. Auch auf der Couch Flecken ! eklig !! Ich habe nur EINE NACHT in dieser Wohnung verbracht, in welcher es stank, als ob 2 Jahre nich gelüftet wurde. Ich erwarte eine Antwort !! Habe mir dann für die zwei Nächte etwas anderes gesucht !!! Die eine Nacht habe ich in Sachen, halb im sitzen auf der einen Seite der Couch verbracht !!

NIE WIEDER!!! gebuchte Bettwäsche extrem dreckig/fleckig (wir haben in langen Sachen geschlafen und trotzdem eine Griebe bekommen), Radio defekt, Küche dreckig, Geschirrspüler mussten wir erst mal ausräumen, Heizkörper Bad verrostet, Decke in der Wohnung voller toter Mücken. Verwaltung gleich mit Mängeln konfrontiert, keine Abhilfe geschaffen, man hat alles telefonisch zur Kenntnis genommen, ich sollte Fotos schicken. Aber auch danach ist nix passiert. Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter bei der Verwaltung und auch 3 Wochen nach unserem Urlaub immer noch keine Kulanzregelung.

Mängel in der Wohnung. Wurden in einem anderen Apartment untergebracht, was nicht dem gebuchten gleich kam. Kommunikation und Preiserstattung waren mangelhaft. Man will Urlaub und sich nicht in den paar Tagen ärgern.
