Very nice hotel. Location is fantastic. We like walking around Windsor, and this makes it easy. Clean. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Everything you need for a great place to stay.

8/10 Very good

This property is in a very good location in Windsor. It is right on the waterfront (great for walking and watching the ships) and very close to downtown. There is lots of parking (in the garage across the street) and the staff are consistently pleasant, professional and helpful. Some of the rooms could use some updates, especially the bathrooms but it is cleaned and well maintained.

Clean and updated property, restaurant and rooms. Convenient location and loved the river front view. Excellent experience! Close to bars and restaurants... walkable area. We weren't there for the casino but many folks were since it was almost right next door. Very reasonable room rates and we loved the restaurant in house with a variety of high quality menu options. Fabulous service, delicious food and drinks with very reasonable prices.

Was charged double for parking and hoping to hear back with a refund for the duplicate charge. The view was amazing and the rate of the rooms was good.

We like the hotel. The location is great and the staff are friendly. We were disappointed to find the pool closed for repairs. It wasn't indicated on the hotels.com website or in the confirmation when booked but was on the property website, near the bottom, when we checked in. Restaurant and bar are good.
