My family has been staying here a few times a year for about 8 years now. This place just continually goes down in cleanliness and appeal. Everything is always dirty, broken, or missing. Bowls with mold, missing shower curtains, floor tiles peeling up. And it doesn't matter which room you're in, they're all unkempt. When we first started staying here, it was clean and friendly but I think we'll start looking for a new location for our family visits.

Elevator was broke my entire 5 night stay. Only got housekeeping services 1 day. Shower drained very slowly, standing in lake when finished. Refrigerator was missing the ice cube tray. Breakfast very underwhelming.

For it to be a Hilton hotel it needs to be upgrade. The lobby was nice. The elevator did not work the whole weekend had to carry my bags to the 3rd floor. There was no lights in back parking area. My room vents was dusty wasn't clean properly. Curtains had stains and holes. Tub needs updated. Front desk clerk was nice.

We asked for towels on our last day and never got them. The strange lady at the front desk kept pestering us about fees that were not disclosed to us on top of the Expedia fees as we paid the room in full ahead of time and they kept trying to charge us for something else that wasn't ours either. The furniture is old and has holes in several pieces and the AC did not cool below 72 degrees and most of the time not below 74 degrees. I would not recommend this place.
