My overall experience was five stars from beginning to end. From the reception and accommodations to the attentive room staff and excellent dining, every aspect of my stay was exceptional. I was especially blessed to have a beautiful view of Jerusalem’s Old City from my private balcony. Waking up to that incredible view each morning was truly special and worth every penny. The Inbal Hotel made my visit to Jerusalem even more memorable, and I look forward to staying here again on my next trip. I highly recommend it!

The massage was a bit of a disappointment, I asked for a deep tissue massage and most of it was tentative and not thorough. The food was phenomenal, the staff was gracious and helpful. The room was very quiet , which I greatly appreciate, and the bed was comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious bathtub!

Excellent place to stay while visiting Jerusalem. The staff and service were excellent. Quite elegance for those in the know this is the place to go. Can’t wait to come stay here again. Special thank you goes to the front desk staff who made the check-in experience after a long flight a seamless experience. The room was nice and nicely finished though the shower got some getting used too. The food and especially the breakfast are a must.

The Inbal and her staff are fantastic! From check in to check out and all parts in between, I was well taken care of. They were accommodating with special requests, allowed for a late check out so I had more time after returning from class on my departure day, and booked me a taxi to the airport that saved me time and money. Throughout the stay, I was always greeted with a warm smile by the staff. Special thank you to .Manager Jiries, Front Desk Associate Nati amd all the staff. They made a meaningful trip extremely comfortable. I felt at home for a week long stay and I will definitely stay at the Inbal on my next visit.
