Joanna at the front desk was absolutely amazing — so kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly from the moment we arrived. We’ve been traveling across Canada from Toronto and stayed at many different places during this trip, but this was by far one of the best experiences because of Joanna. She made us feel truly welcomed and comfortable, and honestly, I would come back again just because of her hospitality. Everything was wonderful, and her kindness really made this stay memorable.
