London and related destinations
Forget the double-decker bus tours – the real London reveals itself when ducking into centuries-old pubs where Shakespeare might have scribbled sonnets over ale. The British Museum houses treasures from every civilization, all available without spending a penny. Witness the ancient ceremony of the keys at the Tower of London, then compare crown jewels to the sparkling skyline from the London Eye's glass pods. Theater-lovers can score half-price West End tickets at Leicester Square's TKTS booth. Trafalgar Square's pigeons have been banished, but the people-watching remains superb. For a perfect afternoon, grab picnic supplies at Borough Market before sprawling on the grass in Hyde Park, watching locals pretend the fleeting sunshine is perfectly normal.

Park Plaza London Riverbank
"We checked in and were helped by Breeze who really took the time to engage with our children and also find us a room before 3pm. She did and managed to give us a complimentary upgrade to a suite overlooking the Thames. The kids were also given goodie bags, the process was quick, smooth and not a stress. The room and breakfast were excellent as was the games room set up for the summer holidays."
Bedford Hotel
"The location was terrific. Right on the Piccadilly line. It was very hot the week I was there. There was a fan but very hot in the afternoon."

Princes Gardens
"my brother and i stayed here for almost a week in late july 2026. the place was super super nice and the area is amazing — a few blocks away there's a complex with food, and like fifteen minutes of booking will get you to a good shopping complex for groceries and all that. it felt safe, and the hotel itself pretty safe too. the view from the window was pretty. we had an electric kettle to make tea and ramen, and a few outlets. the shower worked well. no bugs the whole time we were there so that was nice (: and the laundry was a bit difficult to find at first, all the way downstairs, but pretty easy to figure out once we got to it. the staff was very helpful in informing us about the area and helped quickly when we left our room keys in the room haha only downside is, and i figure this is just bad timing, the elevator was broken and we were like six floors up |: that was a bit tiring especially after already having a long day of walking around london since every trip down means a very long trip up. definitely got a workout moving our suitcases up on the first day. but yeah all in all, a really nice stay and i'll keep this in mind if i come back to london [:"

Hilton London Metropole
"Our family of five recently spent a week in London at the Hilton London Metropole. We had a fabulous time! Amir helpfully emailed with us before our trip. Omar was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, The breakfast was delicious and well worth the extra money! Vasimin oversaw each morning's delicious breakfast and was friendly and kind every day! This hotel is conveniently located near bus stops and tube stations making travel about the city easy. Our family of 5 including 3 teenagers had plenty of room in the Family Room. I would definitely stay here again."
