The room was clean every day, and the staff were sweet. The only issue I have is that the walls are incredibly thin, you can hear people from two floors above. It wasn't the best experience as I am a light sleeper and kept waking up through the night due to other people using the bathroom or something.

Walking distance to downtown

We wanted something walking distance into downtown that had parking. It wasn't clear on the booking page if parking was an extra fee (it was) but the front desk lady was very nice about letting us keep our car in the parking garage until 3:00 pm the next day so that we could see Zagreb sites. The room was modern and clean and had everything we wanted, including a fridge.
