I stayed in this hotel years ago. You can see the lack of maintenance everywhere. The pool area was awful. The pool is lacking hundreds of mosaics. There was only one person making omelettes with a line of 8-10 people every breakfast. The lobby is old and needs renovation. Punta del Este is a beautiful city with plenty of places to stay. Chose a different one. Forget ENJOY

Let's see, the hotel has enormous potential, it is located in an excellent place. I love the hotel, but the problem is that it is more abandoned every year. O quarto não oferece a cama que é descrita no anuncio, pois nos ofereceram 2 camas queen ou 1 cama king e quando chegamos no quarto havia 2 camas de viuvo. A internet cai o tempo todo. A Boate Ovo que tem no Hotel nao estava funcionando. Reclamamos na recepção sobre o quarto e a boate e eles ignoraram. Ficamos decepcionados. Esperávamos um Hotel Classe A e no maximo que damos é nota 6.

O hotel está em boas condições gerais, mas os quartos, apesar de enormes e muito confortáveis, precisam de atualização, especialmente a tv. Por outro lado, o cassino é excelente, o spa (piscinas aquecidas, sauna, banheiras de hidro, com café, chá e suco de laranja disponíveis) e o café da manhã também é ótimo. A vista do mar e do pier é lindíssima! Enfim: recomendo, contudo com as leves ressalvas que fiz.
