2/10 Poor

It was by far the WORST hotel i ever been to and the service was terrible. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section. We had 4 nights there and i told them any time possible let me go to the first floor but they just didnt care! Also its was dirty and honestly ild rather pay 20 euro more a night and go somewhere better if i knew how terrible it will be

Nice hotel

The hotel was under construction that started around 08.00 in the morning. I only saw the staff a check out, other the rooms and the door to the hotel was handled by a code that was sent to you. It the staff was very friendly. Simple room but very clean and nice bathroom. No shampoo or conditioner was included. It was very loud and you could hear everything going on. Most likely due to old building.

Enkelt sterilt hotel

Hier sollte dringend was unternommen werden.
