6/10 Good

Nice, clean hotel well positioned in the city centre near the cathedral and lots of restaurants. Rooms basic but comfortable, limited natural light. Room was quite noisy at times but otherwise a nice stay.

The staff were all very friendly, especially Maria José at breakfast; she treated us with motherly affection. The hotel is located right in the center of Murcia, and you can easily walk to the city's main attractions in no time. In my opinion, this 3-star hotel could easily reach 4 stars with a little more effort and attention to detail.

The location and room were great! The internal courtyard was pretty. Comfortable and clean. The staff were very efficient and helpful. The parking is not on site and charged additionally. Reception only operates during the day, so keep an eye out for the email / WhatsApp with entry instructions. Would stay again.

Stayed at Hesperia Murcia Centro and had a really great experience overall. The hotel is modern, clean, and very conveniently located right in the city center. One of the best parts is how close it is to so many restaurants and shops — perfect for those nights when you’re tired from exploring and don’t want to go far to find dinner. The staff truly made the stay even better. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay. If you’re visiting Murcia and want something central, convenient, and reliable — this is definitely a solid choice. #Murcia #SpainTravel #HotelReview #TravelStay #TravelTips

10/10 Exceptional

Lovely central hotel with great staff. Breakfast was excellent, rooms clean and well kept. The only downsides were the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms or reception, we objected to having to pay to use a machine. Also I wouldn’t pay extra for a city view room again, we looked directly into the flats across the street and it was extremely noisy at night.
