The location and room were great! The internal courtyard was pretty. Comfortable and clean. The staff were very efficient and helpful. The parking is not on site and charged additionally. Lovely central hotel with great staff. Breakfast was excellent, rooms clean and well kept. The only downsides were the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms or reception, we objected to having to pay to use a machine. Also I wouldn’t pay extra for a city view room again, we looked directly into the flats across the street and it was extremely noisy at night.
