Our room was immaculate with a fantastic view from floor 11. The staff were helpful and the location was good. Breakfast was adequate, slightly less options than I'm used to at a hotel, but perfectly reasonable. The swimming pool was lovely and much appreciated. Pizza at the poolside restaurant was also delicious. All in all a great 3 nights.

Spacious, clean rooms with daily housekeeping. Useful toiletries and extras you might need. A varied complimentary breakfast with fruits, cheeses, meats and various hot dishes as well as a 'cook station' for omelettes, fried/scrambled eggs and french toast etc made to order. Helpful receptionist staff. Fantastic pool with plenty of loungers. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the loud music that comes from a rather large speaker next to the pool area. It's beautiful and tranquil earlier on in the morning but as the afternoon arrives, the music gets louder and louder with the same selection of songs on a loop. Did ask for the music to be turned down on one occasion and was met with a reluctance to do so. A real shame for those wanting to relax by the pool which there were many. There's a lovely little shy blonde street dog who hangs around the road area near the hotel- be sure to give her a few treats from breakfast!

Found this hotel to be a good balance of everything, between nice and comfy rooms, to a decent breakfast and a really nice pool area and lunch options. Taxis into the city are easy to get and this made a great base camp for us. Sonya who worked at front desk also especially helpful and overall no complaints with the hotel, a solid 3.5 star hotel.

The hotel was compared to a lot of others in Armenia with little exceptions, clean and organized. What could be better is the arrangement of the breakfast buffet. It always looked cheap and uniform. In a hotel of this category there should be changes every day, maybe some salmon, some shrimps or cooked or smoked ham for example!!!

Vi var kede af at erfare når vi kom hjem fra heldagsture sent så var det hverken muligt at købe noget mad i restauranten eller få en svømmetur i poolen. Vi ville bare dyppe os hurtigt da der var så varmt, men det var absolut ikke muligt. Den høje musik ved poolen om dagen var frygtelig. Ellers dejligt hotel med en fin morgenbuffet, rene værelser og gode sende.
