Quiet, Comfortable, Friendly Stay

Brenda and Maria were attentive and helpful the entire time. This property is more like an airbnb than a hotel. It's on a quiet street, 10 minute walk from the Paseo de Montejo so very well located. I definitely recommend!

Muy atento el personal, el anuncio dice desayuno incluido pero no es así, tienen un servicio de café y galletas de cortesía, el estacionamiento es en la calle y al ser una casa adaptada como hotel las habitaciones son pequeñas, sin embargo la atención del personal y la ubicación son inmejorables. El personal que presta servicio al huésped es increíblemente atento y educado, todos te hacen sentir como en casa, la atención de la señorita Brenda desde que llegas, el señor Pedro siempre pendiente en qué todo funcione adecuadamente y esté a gusto el huésped, la señora Mary en la limpieza de las instalaciones lo hace con una sonrisa y excelente disposición y no podría faltar la comida excelente en los desayunos de la señora Maru, ellos hacen que las falencias que puedan tener las instalaciones sean pasadas por alto, ellos son un tipo de personal que casi no se encuentra en La actualidad.
