The location is good. With trailheads within walking distance. They’ve tried to automate processes that either don’t work or are useless. For example the automated car registration didn’t help them notify me that my car would be blocked for a morning while heavy equipment was being moved in. Free WiFi means no useable WiFi. They did upgrade my WiFi service but should just ditch the ‘free’ version. The staff are multitasking leaving people waiting for services. Hats off to them.

1. There is good 5g cell network two metres away from the Hotel, but as soon as you enter the building, mysteriously there is no signal to even make calls. There are two wifi options...a free version which barely works and is about 1mb/sec or a premium version for 6 pound a day. I haven't had to pay for normal wifi at a hotel for years! 2. Room service don't touch your room unless you have booked it that same morning. You have to request every day at reception, you can't request in advance. I didn't know this and hung the please service sign on door, but room wasn't serviced as I hadn't alerted reception that morning. I went to reception and requested room service for the next day, and they told me I can't request in advance, I can only request in the morning before 10am. I requested in the morning for room service for the rest of my stay. They came that day - but then the following day they didn't clean my room again, despite me hanging the sign requesting a clean on my door. Pretty disappointing considering the price of the Hotel.

We stayed for 5 night and booked 6 rooms , I just want to complain about one staff manager on duty who was very unprofessional and rude !! On my second night I misplaced my room key and asked for replacement. For security reasons he asked my identity which I provided. Apparently I was given the key for a room that was assigned to my friend who was with me at that time! The duty manager kept insisting that I have to give him the room number and refused to look into the bookings and find my name !! And later he gave me the key of the room that was my friend’s room and gave keys to the room that my friend was staying! That in itself was a security breach!! Later however when Mr Fisher left his deputy was very helpful and sorted out the problem in 2 minutes!!!! But I have nothing but praise for other staff members!! Apart from this incident everything was good and we enjoyed our stay
