Staff is exceptional. Favorite restaurants, or the Asian and Olio. Alejandro at Olio was exceptional. We ate breakfast there every morning, but want. Ate breakfast at the buffet one time, but the food was lukewarm. The rooms are very clean excellent house cleaning service. Excellent room service for a coffee and pastries and mimosas in the morning. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is it seems like the preferred area pool area is over sold. The chairs are just right next to each other just lined up. The beach is very small. Just a few cabanas. You literally have to get out there at 7:30 and sit in the chair to save a seat on the beach or at the pool area. Other than that and being very crowded in a small resort, it was a nice stay.

This resort was amazing from check-in to check-out! Sleek, sophisticated with attention to every detail. Our room was immaculate. The food was beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. And the staff catered to us non-stop! We would highly recommend this wonderful resort.

The food was mediocre. Room service wasn’t available online you have to call guest service to order. The long presentation to buy into there company was annoying. Drinks were not good either.

It was a good atmosphere, people there were great. However, the thing that put this at a 3 is because I’m pretty sure I broke my foot coming out of the bathroom at the preferred club pool. The drop off there is so dangerous. I’m waiting for my x ray results to come back to see if it’s broke or not. It’s so bruised and I’m in a boot now. It really sucks.. :(

From the time that we got to the resort check-in seem to be rushed we didn't get our coupons until the 4th day. we weren't showing where anything was on the resort When we checked into our first room it was in a service hallway right beside where they load the trays to take bar stocking stuff up and room service up and it was very noisy there was also a strong sewage smell on that floor When I asked to change rooms at first I was given a hard time and told while you know you have a really nice view I said I don't care about the view it smells like sewage I do not want to stay in that room and it's very noisy. On on the 4th night of the stay I ended up getting a food poisoning from the French restaurant which completely destroyed my evening and took away the following days activities from me. When we went to the buffet my partner cut into a piece of chicken and it was completely raw in the middle The food by far was subpar there was only one really good restaurant on the resort which was the Mediterranean one The service was very different between premium members and just regular guests our last day before we checked out we went to the buffet and we ate around 3:30 4:00 my partner had a salad and a pork chop we got home at around 3:30 in the morning she's got very ill and had to be rushed to the hospital where they diagnosed it as severe food poisoning. There was lots of other cases of food poisoning at the resort visually the resort is beautiful.

Getting a spot for dinner is hard they don’t sit every table in restaurants I guess there isn’t enough staff or cooks. There is not enough space for people to sit around pools. They told us when we book the spa is open but it’s not they just have a hotel room with beds to do massages. Spa will not be open for months

The hotel is perfectly located on the beach but they are still ramping operations. Staff were nice but slow and seemingly unprepared. Will likely not go back anytime soon

After staying for five days, I encountered numerous issues and had a poor experience!! First, the resort’s soundproofing is practically nonexistent!!! On the first night, live music from Desire Bar played until 1 AM (this happens every night). Since my room was nearby, the constant booming made it impossible to rest. I had to change rooms THREE TIMES and didn’t settle in UNTIL AFTER 2 AM. Even in the new room, I could clearly hear people walking in the hallway and music from neighbouring rooms—all of which severely affected my sleep. Second, the resort’’s timeshare presentations were extremely pushy!! Starting from check-in, we were repeatedly urged to attend. Every morning at 9:15, we received calls from a staff member named Victor, and flyers were slipped under our door daily. This aggressive promotion completely ruined our vacation mood and experience! Lastly, the hotel elevators were constantly malfunctioning. Sometimes they wouldn’t respond after pressing the buttons, other times they would go up when we pressed down or vice versa. Everyone using the elevators was confused, and I overheard several groups complaining about the same issue. Regarding dining: The buffet restaurant had very limited options, and leftovers from breakfast often appeared at lunch. The service was inconsistent—on one occasion, no one attended to us throughout the entire meal. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my three visits to Cancun, and I will definitely not return!

A little misleading- it’s a grand RE-OPENING. It’s a remodel, not a brand new resort, like we thought. Restaurants at this resort were really good, but the Coco Cafe had Walmart-style desserts only. Since the remodel is still going on you would think the price would be less, since you have to hear all the noise and construction. And since there’s no spa yet, the massage was done in one of the regular rooms but we still paid full price for it. Sadly the poolside loungers didn’t have cushions so they are hard to lay on for more than 15 min. Would be great to have that. Oh and drinks are all super watered down and are not top shelf, even if you request it. Only the restaurants had good authentic drinks. All the staff were incredibly nice, not one bad experience. We had a great time overall.
