This is a MUST STAY for a trip to Segovia. It is located ON the Plaza Mayor and the Supreme rooms overlook the plaza itself. The staff was amazing and the hotel was clean and very charming. Highly recommend!

Best location in town, right on the major square and next to the cathedral. Quiet, clean, nice rooms, comfy bed, we had a nice view of the cathedral and city from our room. Friendly staff. Recommended!

8/10 Very good

Centered between the Aqueduct and the Alcazar, La Infanta Isabel is conveniently located on Plaza Mayor and closer to many shops and restaurants. It's a rustic place, but nice. The bed we had was very hard; the mattress could be refreshed. But that's the only drawback on this establishment.

Great location in Segovia, breakfast has variety of choices. Would stay once again if we come back. Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but overall pleasant stay.

8/10 Very good

Didn’t like location of our room on first floor. Low ceiling and Window under portico of front door. Told all rooms were booked so not possible to switch to higher floor. Bed had weird rubbery pad under sheet. Bathroom was miniscule and sink didn’t drain. Towels were great. Location great. Valet parking very convenient.

The hotel was beautifully located at the centre of Segovia. You get out of the hotel and all attractions are walking distance. I loved people watching from my balcony during our stay. Staff were friendly and spoke english. (Thank goodness for that!) The room was a good size and the decor was so gorgeously victorian. Breakfast was alright, just the typical continental breakfast. Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel and Segovia.
