Our "standard double room" was small but well designed. (Most European hotel rooms are small compared with American hotels.) The staff was great and fluent in English, which was useful, because my French is marginal. The breakfast buffet is a good deal -- we couldn't find a better feast anywhere else for the same price. Best of all, this hotel is convenient to the Paris Metro subway, regional train systems, and city buses. Day trips to Normandy and Versailles were easy. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
