Helpful Staff—Lost Item Not Found

I accidentally left a BOSS polo shirt after a two‑night stay and contacted the hotel right away. The staff were kind and responsive, but it was never found. I can’t say what happened, but wanted to flag this for fellow travelers—especially those flying to the island and unlikely to return soon: double‑check your room before checkout, as recovering lost items may be difficult.

Overall a nice hotel. Restaurants at the hotel were crazy expensive! Awesome location and beautiful beaches. The views from the rooms were excellent. A few more touches to the rooms would be nice such as beach towels, tote bags, robes and larger refrigerators. The greetings need to be improved as well. Very flat and did not feel very welcoming!

Clean. Nice pool with close beach access. Good ocean view from the room. Breakfast buffet was expensive but good, tasty and lots of Chamorro, Japanese and Filipino options. I didn’t try the Chinese restaurant, but Benkay Japanese restaurant was delightful, at the time they were doing a 7 course tasting menu for only $65.

Nikko Hotel in Guam is a rather old property but well maintained. The swimming pools and location by the beach are major assets. I had dinner at Barclay's restaurant and food was good and affordable. It would be good to have a sign on the road to mark the access of the hotel. Overall, a good experience.

Stop Looking this is where you want to stay

Absolutely best deal on Tumon. Every room opens to a view of the ocean with a spacious balcony. You know it’s nice when the entire Lobby opens to a view of the ocean. The staff went above and beyond on requests and the facilities were beautiful. I especially enjoyed the Nature Trail, Water Slide, private beach, and pool bar. You are a short 10-15 minute drive to Two Lovers Point and it’s breathtaking views.

Very dated property. They’re due for an upgrade. A whole bunch of patch jobs everywhere. Bathroom fixtures are crusty and old. Style is mismatched throughout the hotel. Pool bar is not well stocked.

Great location on the beach, room was ginormous. But, it needs some serious upgrades. Carpet was dingy, bathroom walls showed it's age. No water bottles provided for coffee maker. Quiet and peaceful, but not many options for dining.

This was my first time staying here. We stayed in a triple room with our family of five (three adults and two children). The facilities as a whole were quite old, but they were kept clean and we didn't feel uncomfortable. There was a simple washlet. The coin laundry was relatively cheap at $2 for washing and drying, which was great for me since I do laundry every day. The best thing about it was the pool with a water slide and the beach that was right there. Both had benches and umbrellas, which was convenient. The access from the room was also great, so I went there every day with my children. On the other hand, I was not satisfied with the size of the room. It wasn't cramped, but there were times when I had trouble finding a place to put my luggage when I tried to spread it out. It felt like a third bed had been forced into a two-bed room. There was also no microwave in the room, so it was inconvenient to have to go to the lobby. Also, the TV had a large Google TV screen, but it was processed by the router so that it couldn't be connected to the Internet, so I could only watch terrestrial broadcasts with poor picture quality. (You can also watch YouTube etc. if you use your own pocket Wi-Fi etc.) Overall, I had few complaints and thought it was a very good hotel. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

House keeping management needs to be aware of

Stayed 5 nights with my friend. Appreciated the option for bed making request to notice with the card, I liked that systems. Our concern was cleaning; 1st day after we checked in, gift of wine and eco coffee mugs on the room table and that was very sweet until we recognized body hairs next to them. It’s clearly not us since we just stepped in. We trying to make some coffee next and moved the box for condiments, chunk of bacon was laying next to it. 2nd through 4th nights we’ve noticed there were towels never taken from the floor and behind the bathroom doors hunger which instructions were thrown into the bathtub when we wish to change, obviously we looked over but c’mon it’s on the floor at sink room and you will really leave as is? Final night after our long day came back to the room, we found pregnancy test on night stand which blew our mind away. My friend and I looked each other and we got so confused ! Bathrooms door has stains from the moist and mold but if you wipe them it will clear out but seems none care about to do it. Room next door always had trash bag outside of the door, we see in the morning when we are heading out and come back in the evening still as is or adding up more trashes. Clearly house keeping/ cleaning system is not efficient. Feel disappointed since Bed is firm and comfortable, staff services were great in every communication, we hope they will really improve their cleaning skills and supervision for it.

朝食は種類も多くとても美味しかったです。 特にローストビーフとスモークサーモンが美味しかったです。 ランドリーも快適でセキュリティもある程度しっかりしていて良かったです。 ただ洗剤の案内をもう少しして欲しかったです。 お部屋にボトルウォーターのサービスとボックスティッシュを室内にも1つ欲しかっです。
