This was our first time to Leadville and the first time we have ever stayed at a Tiny House and we give it a thumbs up. Communication from the management team was awesome, the tiny house was clean and the location could not have been more perfect. We highly recommend and will not hesitate to book a Tiny House again!

We needed a place to stay one night in Leadville on the way back through Colorado. Leadville ended up being a great town and more nights would have been enjoyable. The Tiny House Martin was clean and had all you need. It was close to main street, though in a row of tiny houses, it felt private. Loved it more than a hotel. Park at the door. Have all you need to rest and relax right in the house.

Great option to stay in if you’re looking for something different! Only knock is the heating situation, floor gets awfully cold. The heating unit is up high where all the heat stays, so up on the loft would be fine. The space heater provided did help. Just bring slippers! 10/10 will stay again

Wonderful spot in town, great tiny-house stay. The only issue was the blankets were so thin. We had the main heater on but it didn't quite heat up the space and we were very cold at night. There were additional space heaters available, we just didn't use them because the main heater was there. Just a tip to use the space heaters from the onset!
