Hotel was spotless and the rooms cleaned when you wanted them done. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast typically continental all food was fresh and appetising. Car parking not far away approximately 5 minutes walk and free on Sundays and after 7pm. Do not opt for a city view room on a Saturday it’s absolute madness and so noisy until 3am!

The chambre was very crowded. No place to pu a suitcase. Shower floor incredibly slippery. Only one outlet in the room. No desk just a very small tippy table. I have often stayed at an Ibis and it's always been fine. This was very disappointing. Glad I was alone. The room would have been hard to navigate with two people. The staff was great thank goodness.

Good central location, very friendly staff. Very good breakfast buffet for this price category. We stayed 5 nights. On the more negative side: the rooms are small (but acceptable for a *** hotel), the mattresses for the single beds were OK but could be better. Garage descent a bit tight.

The IBIS is literally located in the middle of a large pedestrian area with numerous bars, restaurants and shops and a tram stop. Superior location! Minutes from great parks and the Military Chateau. The port is about 10 minutes walk too. Staff at the Ibis was superior as well. From Jordan, Bad (nickname) and Peggy at the front desk. Peggy helped us immensely with securing a vet appointment on a French holiday which is next to impossible. Breakfast was always booked and looked delicious, however we did not eat so I cannot review. Free coffee in breakfast area was very good. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful too. The rooms are a bit on the small side. Well appointed but smaller. Travelled with my GF and service dog. Would recommend!

Difficult parking

It was not possible to drive up to the hotel and unload your luggage. we had to stop in a pedestrian crossing. we had asked for parking place, but the hotel had not made the reservation, fortunately there was one place left in the celler garage. It was very difficult to maneuver in the garage. There was only one bed-lamp. No shower-curtain neither. The staff were extremly helpful though

Hôtel idéalement situé, proche des commerces et station de tram juste devant. Le château est à 5 mn à pied et le port en moins de 15 mn pour les navettes vers les îles. L'hôtel propose un petit déjeuner varié et copieux et des horaires très étendus. Le personnel est très sympa. C'était notre 1ère visite à Brest et nous réserverons le même hôtel la prochaine fois.
