Staff were very kind. An included breakfast would’ve been nice. Convenient for being off the highway but there isn’t that much to do in the town. Pool was very chlorinated but fun, hot tub was perfect temperature, but a little murky.

Checked in for 1 night. Staff could not find my hotels.com reservation on their system. Had to show them my email confirmation for rate. Had a room with 1 king, zero issues, nice and clean. Did not use the pool area. I included breakfast when reserving and it was a buffet breakfast with good selection. It was late when I got there (9:30) so quality was as expected. 9/10 overall

The hotel suited our needs, however, it is not walkable to downtown St. John's if that's important to anyone. The room was a little tight for 5 of us, but it was clean and comfortable.

We’ve been coming to this hotel for years. The transformation to a Crown property has been great. Happy to see that many of the staff have remained - notably Ashley for dinner service. Grandkids always love the pool!
