Parking was fine. But your customer service is horrible. My mom tired for four days to speak to someone about the refund for pet deposit. My brother who had a sad did not come. She called and spoke to so many useless people. Then they gave her a corporate number which went to an entirely different hotel chain. She had to drive back to Cabot Ark from Texas to resolve issue. No one seemed to know how to tell her the refund was refunded to card. And the number online does not get u to the hotel in Cabot. I can time she called a different person answered and the phone line kept disconnecting. What a total F up. Will never use the this hotel again anywhere and will make sure everyone I know knows this. And I will put out reviews wherever I can. So unhappy. But finally went to hotel in Cabot after drive from Texas like I said and it was refunded and card and it better show up as refunded. She reserved room for me and my brother for my grandmas funeral. Such poor service. Room was ok and clean.
