8/10 Very good

The Hotel location was excellent! Thoroughly enjoyed being close to activity. Breakfast selection was okay though the fresh orange juice was very refreshing! We were disappointed that the safe in our room didn’t work. We immediately reported it to the receptionist who promised to get it fixed. I wonder if they looked at it - I ended up carrying our passports and cash on me. Besides that everything was good.

Toledo was a highlight of our trip and the hotel was in the perfect place in the city. The staff were as helpful and the breakfast was outstanding. I was expecting a room with a view, but didn’t get it. The room was comfortable and nicely kept.

Such a great hotel overall! The room was clean and spacious—we absolutely loved it. The location was excellent and the breakfast was great as well. The only downside was that the staff didn’t seem very friendly, which was a bit disappointing. Otherwise, a wonderful stay.
