This specific hotel does not allow anybody that lives in a 50 mile radius to rent a room. This is common in the Springfield area and we called ahead and they said as long as we have a valid ID, it would be okay. They refused to let us check in. Thankfully hotels.com process the return.

The gentleman checking us in was very slow and had to wait 20minutes. The bed was queen size and too soft. Checking out the woman could not smile even when wishing her a good day.
