Classy, cute and comfortable, this DoubleTree is undoubtedly my favorite hotel in the Midtown area. Each time I've booked here, I've appreciated the clean rooms, reasonable rates, central location and upbeat, helpful staff. Parking is included as well. Dollar for dollar, this is surely one of the best hotels in town!

6/10 Good

Pool very cold, hot tub broken, no liquor license so no alcohol available at the bar, poor view from windows. Room appeared to be updated however finishes very shoddy. Bed comfortable, room quiet, shower nice. Would probably stay somewhere else next time.

It was a little unfortunate that the air conditioner didn’t work stronger. It was a little frustrating that we had to pay for breakfast unless we were a special member. The missed details with the parking lot code made it not work a couple times. The staff was mostly helpful, though. The rooms were very clean. It was quiet. The hot tub didn’t seem to work strongly or hot, but the pool itself was fine. We would probably stay there again!

Bar and restaurant were closed, major bummer. Nothing in walking distance for food or drink. Wish they had said something on the website…. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean.

The property inside was gorgeous and clean. Parking being across the street from the hotel wasn’t convenient. The tv signal kept dropping through the property apparently, we were told due to the rain. The A/C would not go below 72 which was a bit warm for our liking while sleeping. It was 73 when we checked in. We set it to 68 and and several hours later tried to lower it to 65 - when we woke up it was down to 72. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Customer service at check in was great! The grounds and the rooms were clean. AC unit was loud and woke us up throughtout the night when it kicked on. Restaraunt was closed but we were there on a holiday wknd. Overall a good stay and would recommend to others
