Hector at the front desk always went out of his way to be helpful eg. calling a cab, helping us book train tickets etc. He greeted all clients with a warm smile and his English was excellent. His restaurant suggestions also were much appreciated.

We were a bit early but that was no problem. We could park the car and were able to enjoy Zaragoza sooner then expected. We had a nice stay, close to the citycentre and would certainly recommend this Hotel

Quite old furnishings but a decent and clean room. The hotel have a very spectacular vay to reach the parking spot: a car elevator! Down in the parking arera there it was very crowded and tight.

2/10 Poor

Pros: conveniently close to historic area and good variety of restaurants. Cons: the room at the top of the building, there was no air conditioner and no fan, and the temperature was over 40°C / 100°F+. I went downstairs and explained this problem to the manager and he said he could not turn on the air conditioner due to a royal decree. They told us that we could go out and return at night and open the window: we did and the noise was unbearable. We could not sleep well, and they did not attempt to move us toa cooler floor.

At the art of Zaragoza this hotel reside a very noisy neiguberhood, my room window was fasing another building windows in a way that I couldn't open the curtun to let some light in. The wall are paper thin and you can hear every movement in the neerby room. One elevator didn't work and there is no parking if your car weighs more than 2000 kilos. the street was full of drunk people and the police are frequently visiting the area. the hotel staff was very good and kind, with good english and ready to assist with any problem.

Disappointing service

First the positives: Decent sized room; clean; good natural lighting. Comfortable beds. Bathroom; good size; clean; toiletries provided. No internal noise. Effective blackout curtains. The negatives: Very noisy outside – this is a route for 4/5 bus services and buses go past every few minutes. The windows are double glazed but don’t stop the noise completely. Impossible to keep the windows open for long, especially as there is a local hangout for youths 20m away. The a/c wasn’t very effective but then it seemed to give up completely. When I went down to report this, the duty manager explained that they had just switched the system over from summer (cooling mode) to winter (heating mode) so nothing could be done. As our room was in full sun all afternoon, by the time we got back in the room was sweltering. Opening the window would have just let more hot air in (not to mention the noise). The manager did ask if a fan would help. Unfortunately, it was just a portable fan heater that was ineffective. So the last 3 days were very uncomfortable from early afternoon onwards. Finally, we ere told that they only provided complimentary tea/coffee on the first day. They did however say they would try to provide occasional top-ups. I have never encountered such a policy in any hotel I have ever stayed in. All in all, this is not a hotel I would recommend for anything or for anything other than an overnight stop.

2/10 Poor

**One of the worst hotel experiences in Spain — stay away** As someone who has traveled extensively all across Spain, this has to be by far one of the most disgusting, disappointing, and overrated "hotels" I have ever experienced. To start with a serious forewarning, it is situated in a terrible part of Zaragoza that feels very unsafe to walk around. The room itself was claustrophobic, described best as the size of a shoebox. We were given an interior room that looked out onto a nasty, rusted metal stairwell used as a fire escape. The drapes were filthy, the blackout shades had tears all over them, and the old locks made the doors—which are paper-thin—feel completely untrustworthy. Speaking of thin walls, the soundproofing is non-existent. You can hear every conversation from the rooms next door and across the hall as if the people are standing right inside your room. To cap off the night, I had the "luxury" of listening to a couple have loud s*x for an hour and a half. Hygiene was a major issue. The towels were dirty and disgusting, as was the bathtub and shower. To top it all off, the restaurant—if you can even call it that—was rarely open and looked so poor that I didn't dare try it, nor did I want to pay an extra charge for what would clearly have been a disappointment. The place apparently bills itself as a convention hotel, though I cannot imagine any legitimate company hosting an event there. Old and dilapidated even by Spanish standards. Was like a brothel.

Stayed there 3 nights and it was ok. The only issues I had was the hotels parking. You have to take an elevator up and down and the elevator and the parking area was very tight with little room to maneuver
