It is a good hotel, but a little old. We were lucky to get the complementary parking. It is very close to the harbour and restaurants. The staff was very helpful.

Good stay. Clean and very comfortable beds. Good size rooms, nice pool, inviting atmosphere. However, parking situation not great. I realize parking garage isn’t only for hotel, but not marked clearly.

Front desk staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Parking was limited and with our size vehicle we had to pay more to valet. It is perfectly located to the ships, pier, and shopping. Restaurant could use some work. I ordered one dinner and told they didn’t have any, then I ordered a different meal at a higher cost and it was not served as stated in the menu (bacon wrapped scallops-no bacon wrap and 2 small scallops: had 4 large pieces of salmon-not listed in the description and I don’t eat salmon; and ciabatta bread when it was actually na’an bread). Would have made a different choice had it been described as it was served.

We had a very clean room. We arrived late and everyone was helpful. Our vehicle was too big for the parking deck and valet parking was no problem.
