Very practical location for trains, metro and buses. The staff were very friendly, very efficient and helpful. The room was clean and for me it provided everything I needed. I was in a double room as a single occupant. I think that the room would have been too small for two with very restricted space around the bed and very little space for luggage. The bathroom is absolutely fine for a small person like me(165cm) but may be very restricted for anyone taller or wider than me. Breakfast buffet was lovely with good healthy options. I would book here again

The room was a complete cat fish. Looked nothing like the classic room advertised. We complained and were told they couldnt swap us as the hotel was full and that the manager wasnt back till Monday so nothing could be changed (which was the day we checked out). It smelt like damp, the shower was too small to fit an average size person in, the towels were so small. There were ants in our bed. Our room wasn’t cleaned in the 3 nights there. No new toilet roll, no clean towels. The reception staff were extremely rude.

I was very disappointed with this property, given the price I paid. The neighborhood is busy, noisy and the elevator was out of service my entire stay, which meant I had to climb 3 flights of stairs with my large baggage. The square footage in the rooms is very small. The bathroom was a tiny area where I couldn’t even dry my self off, and I am petty petite. I do not recommend this property to anyone. The major concern is that it is right next to the train station and the noise of the trains did not let me sleep. Thumbs down.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza all’Hotel de l’Aqueduc è stata complessivamente negativa e non ci tornerei, soprattutto per la posizione e le condizioni della camera. Il problema principale è la zona nei pressi di Gare du Nord: pur essendo comoda per i trasporti, l'ho trovata molto degradata, sporca, caotica e poco rassicurante la sera, trasmettendomi una costante sensazione di insicurezza durante gli spostamenti a piedi. In più, la vicinanza alla metro causa un forte rumore anche di notte, tanto che l'hotel fornisce tappi per le orecchie. La struttura e l'ascensore sono datati e bisognosi di manutenzione. La reception parla raramente italiano, rendendo difficile la comunicazione, ma faccio una nota di merito al signor Alessandro, l'unico receptionist davvero gentile, disponibile e in grado di capirci. Ho anche apprezzato molto la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in custodia dopo il check-out per girare l'ultimo giorno. La camera era decisamente piccola, poco confortevole, con un letto stretto per due e una porta d'ingresso pesante e malfunzionante. L'arredo include un tavolino vecchio con un phon che si spegneva o bloccava continuo. C'era il kit per tè/caffè ma mancava il minibar. L'aspetto più sgradevole è stata la moquette: sporca, impolverata e con evidenti aloni e macchie, decisamente poco igienica. Il bagno era ristretto, privo di bidet, con una doccia piccolissima e la seduta del WC instabile. La pulizia ha mostrato alti e bassi: asciugamani cambiati regolarmente (anche s
