The venue is currently under construction - but that did not affect my stay. Room was clean and comfortable and the hotel itself is conveniently next to the expressway and several food options.

The customer service was phenomenal. I love front desk staff. The young lady had excellent customer service. I didn’t like that half of the property was closed off for renovations. If you looking for a hotel to just sleep in this is perfect, but if you want to spend time with the family around the pool this is not a good fit.

They were renovating the property while we stayed there, and the noise was unbearable during the day. We ate at the Kona Grill nearby on Christmas Day and even though the wait was long, the food and service was incredible… we enjoyed our first time in Michigan!
