Great stay! We’ve stayed here 2 times before and love it. Amenities are beautiful. Very exclusive and quiet for a romantic stay or just a quiet time in a high class resort. Staff, once again, are very young and with a high turnover, showing inexperience not proactive. If you are by the pool, no one offers anything, you have to hunt the staff, as if they were too shy and hiding from work. But my family and I would return it for sure!

Unfortunately, the people in the room next to us had a dog. They left the dog in the room all day, and it barked loudly and incessantly. It is very selfish of guests to impose their unhappy dog on others. The hotel should have better rules regarding pets.

Nossa experiência no Zendaya Resort Beach Sport & Spa foi simplesmente incrível! O hotel possui uma estrutura maravilhosa, piscinas excelentes e comidas sensacionais, tudo impecável do início ao fim. O atendimento merece destaque especial, principalmente para as Brunas do restaurante e do bar da piscina, que foram extremamente atenciosas e gentis durante toda a nossa estadia. Mas o grande diferencial, especialmente para nossa filha, foi o espaço kids. Ver a felicidade dela não tem preço! Os três instrutores foram excepcionais, sempre se revezando com muita energia, carinho e dedicação. Nosso agradecimento especial ao tio Tuka, tia Nilsa e tia Mari, que fizeram nossos dias ainda mais especiais e inesquecíveis. Sem dúvidas, foi uma experiência maravilhosa e esperamos voltar em breve!

Funcionários Lavinia e Estancio fazem toda a diferença. Hotel é lindo, spa incrível, vista linda, café da manha otimo. A piscina da frente poderia ser mais limpa. A música eletronica que colocam as vezes na piscina nao combina com um ambiente para relaxar! Incomoda bastante por sinal, pq tem caixas de som nas espreguiçadeiras. Lugar de praia combina com musica relax ou melhor ainda, sem musica e barulho do mar. De resto, tudo nota 10.

Tuve una experiencia absolutamente maravillosa en este resort. Desde el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto hasta el traslado de regreso, todo estuvo perfectamente organizado. La comida del restaurante fue excepcional; todos los platos estaban deliciosos, pero especialmente los postres fueron realmente espectaculares. El personal es increíblemente amable y atento. El servicio de concierge por WhatsApp fue muy práctico: siempre estuvieron disponibles para ayudar con cualquier cosa, hacer reservas y resolver todo lo que necesitábamos de manera rápida y eficiente. Realmente sentimos que no había nada que no pudieran solucionar. Nos gustó tanto que definitivamente volveremos, esta vez con mis padres. Las vistas al mar son simplemente impresionantes y el mantenimiento de la piscina está en perfectas condiciones. Sin duda, es un lugar que recomiendo totalmente.
