8/10 Very good

The apartment is comfortable and clean ,needs better maintenance (bathroom light) and a mirror in the room , not enough cups and coffee spoons and kitchen towels) Other that that good place

The price for the location was excellent, buses and metro near by. Restaurants and cafes near apt if you didn’t want to walk to far and way cheaper than the central area. Lots of room, we were 3 adults. Nice area to be away from crowds but close enough to get there quickly.
