The little cafe was such a perfect quick bite to eat and get coffee before heading out on our morning adventures. Beds were so comfortable and everything was incredibly clean which is always a major factor for us.

. The crew was great smiling & friendly made us feel very good. Archie & Wira in dining room were great. Had a small mishap at dinner when I bit down on a small chunk of glass in my drink.Bartender in casino was not friendly or personable at all. Rest of crew made up for him. Soda Machines were not working properly hope they are working 100% when we return to cruise .

The service was super helpful from the valet to the reception area. Hotel has a Starbucks inside and the coffee was great as well. The room was super spacious and clean, I would def recommend staying there and walking the downtown area specially at night so much to see and near restaurants and shopping stores

Not so Hilton...

First booked a king room received two queen desk said that they couldnt do anything about it. For a hilton ran down needs tape holding wall paper in place and door hanger togather. At the very least a deep clean floors yuck! The bar/restaurant on first floor lvery loud and and was sat at a dirty table This wasthe first tine here and I dont think I will come back.

Perfect spot, will be booking again.... Everything was in walking distance or short ride to get to where you want to go and best part was you can jump in the scooter's cruise around or get to where you want to go I most definitely booking this hotel again very clean the staff was amazing no complaints

Think twice

The hotel does not have its own parking lot. You have to use valet or South Park at the world trade center. It's the same building but very confusing. The parking elevator door is closed on my husband, knocking him down and all the Hotel could do is say they will inform the World Trade Center people. Also, the coffee maker in the room did not work properly and we did not get maid service. There are only a few places to eat nearby and the hotel coffee shop closes at 5:00. Overall, not a good experience.
