This hotel has a ton of charm. It’s an old, authentic Ottoman building with loads of character, and that’s exactly what I liked about it. Don’t come here expecting a brand-new luxury hotel—come here if you appreciate old buildings with a bit of soul. The absolute highlight, though, is the staff. Every single person we met was super friendly, warm, and genuinely welcoming. They weren’t just being polite because it’s their job—you could actually feel that they cared. They made the whole stay that much better, and honestly, they’re the main reason I’m giving this place five stars. The only thing worth mentioning is the water pressure, which is pretty low. But from what I understand, that’s just how it is in this part of the neighborhood, so I wouldn’t really blame the hotel for that. All in all, a really lovely place with loads of character and some of the nicest people you’ll meet. I’d happily stay here again.

I arrived 2 hrs earlier than check in and was pleasantly suprised that they were willing to let me in 30 minutes later without asking! The room was very charming and perfect for 1-2 people. The toiletries were really nice. The only downside is that in their haste to make my room ready..I found multiple hairs on the floor from the previous guest outside the bathroom and id like to believe they floated onto the bed.because the floor was not the only place i found hair .its a personal pet peeve so that was a bummer. But everything else seemed very clean! Air conditioning worked great. I was on the lower level so you can hear the people above or next to you ( walking, flushing, snoring :) but nothing outrageously disturbing and given the charming asthetics and the wonderful staff not a deal breaker. Honestly when the air is on it mask the noises I could have heard. Great location! Would stay there again.

The staff provided excellent and very helpful service for all of our needs. The location was conveniently close to everything and within walking distance, it could have been more ideal. The only two points I might bring to attention are that it was not a quiet hotel and there was no elevator. Despite these minor issues, I would certainly choose to stay there again.
