Check in guy was nice but the hotel reeked out cigarettes. Didn’t realize we booked a smoking room asked to change rooms because of how bad the smell was and we couldn’t. Had no pillows beds were dirty with this green grass like stuff on them.

So, not supposed to be charged by the hotel after paying on the app. However, you will be forced to pay a $60 deposit that will be "refunded" even though mine is yet to be. They claim it is for damages that happen because according to them my card information is hidden by Hotels.com. I have pictures of the receipt and room.

The room was freezing when we got there, the floor in the room was soo dirty that u had to wipe your feet off before getting into bed. The fridge froze our drinks and food. The shower head was broken and water pressure was horrible bc of it....

Car urine smell in room ,did not get king room as booked , attempted charging more than booking, had to call sheriff, left one day early refused refund on second day due to their nasty facility. Pool closes exercise room closed ,terrible customer service and they blame they don't speak English yet at check in spoke perfect English. Stay far away from this dive
