This is a bottom-tier hotel. It is nothing like other Extended Stay hotels that I've stayed at. Besides being a very "tired" property, this one doesn't offer any kitchen supplies (as is usually done at an Extended Stay hotel). I was told that they haven't for over 2 years.

Place is run down, dirty and feels very unsafe. Front parking space is reserved for police. Elevator was filthy. Electric outlets in bathroom & kitchen don’t work. Arm chair has recent wet stains & bottom torn out. Scared all night. Bed was comfortable.

If you check after 10 pm you will have to wait for someone to come check you in. It’s outdated beds are hard but it’s a clean place to lay your head… let be real you are in Nashville and not there to hang out in room you are there to go down town and hang out

I like some of the people that works there they was helpful to me on me first day there they was not like another people in another hotel's that put me out in the cold even though they no i had reservation at their hotel that I canceled after they put me out because it was not check in time for them that is something they need to deal with over there
