Wonderful stay – clean, quiet, and great service! We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room and shower were spotless, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. It was also very quiet, which made for a restful night. One unexpected highlight was the foot massage machine in the room — a real treat after a long day exploring Tokyo! The staff were excellent — very friendly, helpful, and spoke great English. They assisted us with sending our suitcases to our next destination, which made our travels much easier. Breakfast was mostly Japanese-style, but there were a few Western options available, though somewhat limited. All in all, a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Would definitely recommend!

Hotel is in good location close to train stations. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Shout out to Amrit for his customer service. Room sizes are good compared to Japan standards. One area to improve is the laundry facilities as there are only two washers and dryers and the dryers don’t work too good.
