This is an old hotel that is showing it's age. The rooms are antiquated but accommodating. The free breakfast was great. Our room, Junior Suite, had a fantastic balcony with a great view. The elevator is very small and old. I could not recommend this hotel if you're handicapped . The location right next to the metro was fantastic.

It is in the perfect location. It has a great breakfast included from 7-10 and to 11 on holidays…- The larger rooms have everything I needed - one less star because sometimes they forgot to add a soap or enough towels..:-) The staff is attentive but not overbearing .

Acceptable stayover facility for spending a couple of days in Brussels. Room was not great, the view on a very dark inner courtyard. Also the central heating was turned up high and the encasing of the radiator meant it was impossible to turn off. Breakfast was okay. Staff was very friendly.

Location was great, walkable from the central. Room was old and worn down. Stench of sweat and mold. Black mold on the curtains. Breakfast was bread and very little else. Staff was nice, location use the reason you go here.
