Fairmont was nice. 1st room AC didn't work but staff made it good by giving us an upgraded room. In-house restaurant was terrible for breakfast - so that was the only time we ate there. We stayed at the Fairmont in DC in May 2025 while visiting our daughter, who attends university nearby. This was our third time staying at the property, and it continues to be our preferred choice whenever we're in town. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The front desk staff are consistently professional, helpful, and courteous, making check-in a pleasant experience every time. The valet team is equally impressive, friendly, efficient, and always greeting us with a smile. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and very clean. The beds are comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep after long days in the city. The location is ideal for getting around DC, with easy access to transport options and plenty of great food choices nearby. The Fairmont has truly become a home away from home for us, and we look forward to staying here again on future visits.

My daughter, granddaughter, and I stayed in July. All of the staff were friendly and did what were needed to make our stay enjoyable! Our room was clean and comfortable. The bath products were wonderful! The parking though expensive was very convenient. Our transition from car to room then room to car was smooth and convenient. The food was wonderful though the service at the restaurants were a little slow but still very friendly. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit. We all look forward to returning to enjoy another stay at the Fairmont in DC.
