10/10 Exceptional

We arrived quite late in the evening and were greeted by friendly and helpful reception staff. Our room was on the 4th floor and was clean and comfortable. It looked over the back of the hotel where the canal runs. It was really good to have a fridge in the room so we could store milk for coffee in the morning. The hotel is in a great location for all the things you want to see in Perpignan and close to lots of good bars and restaurants as well as good shopping.

Good location, service must be improved

Hotel Is well located, hall is very modern and wifi is good. But was the coldest weekend of year in Perpignan, we arrived at 23:00 and they didnt turn on the radiators. Receptionist was incredibly grumpy and was making annoyed face when we asked for water. Service must be improved for Mercure standarda

Siisti huone, mutta 4 päivän oleskeluun olisin arvostanut pyyhkeiden vaihtoa edes kerran. Suikutila oli kulunut ja hometta silikoneissa. Ei haitannut mutta ei kovin kaunistakaan. Suosittelisin uusien tyynyjen hankintaa hotellille.
