Great location and staff but room needs work

On balance, disappointing. Positives: great location for my visit to opera (less than a minute away); good, fair price; friendly, helpful staff; room decent size with good desk (always a plus). Negatives: lingering bad smell in room, carpets really need replacing, the 'double bed' were 2 singles badly put together, not locked together so by the time I woke up, one of the single had completely detached itself from the other, so essentially you sleep in a single. Bed sheets were clean but seen better days.

Tout était parfait. Il faisait particuliÚrement chaud ce weekend (13/06 au 15/06/2025) à l'extérieur, mais, malgré le fait que les chambres ne soient pas climatisées, avec le ventilateur qui est disponible dans la chambre et grùce à la bienveillance du personnel qui a fermé les rideaux des baies vitrées pour éviter que le soleil ne réchauffe la piÚce, la température était tout à fait acceptable. Le petit-déjeuner était trÚs bien. La chambre était trÚs propre.

Equipe de rĂ©ception et de petit-dĂ©jeuner extrĂȘmement pro et accueillante. J'ai adorĂ© le petit dĂ©jeuner trĂšs variĂ© et bien tenu (l'un de mes meilleurs petits-dĂ©jeuners en ibis, il y avait mĂȘme des concombres et des tomates). La chambre 518 Ă©tait spacieuse, bien agencĂ©e et avec une vue dĂ©gagĂ©e. En revanche je vous conseille de demander une chambre de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© avec des fenĂȘtres qui s'ouvrent. Comme le stipule la description, il n'y a pas d'air conditionnĂ© (mais un ventilateur), cependant pour la tempĂ©rature comme pour l'aĂ©ration il est agrĂ©able de pouvoir ouvrir.

Hervorragende Lage im Stadtzentrum. Alles fußlĂ€ufig problemlos erreichbar. Sehr ruhig. Parkplatz im Parkhaus mit dem Aufzug erreichbar und mit 10,- am Tag gĂŒnstig. Hotel insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Keine Möglichkeit zum LĂŒften da sich Fenster nicht öffnen lassen. FĂŒr eine StĂ€dtetour aber empfehlenswert.

Naja. Hotel war ganz gut.

Das Hotel an sich war ok. Schwierig das Parkhaus zu finden, da alles gesperrt war und der Verkehr dort eine Katastrophe ist. Uns hat die Stadt leider gar nicht gefallen und daher sind wir auch Recht frĂŒh am Morgen wieder abgereist. Zimmer war sehr eng aber fĂŒr eine kurze Reise ist es in Ordnung.

HÎtel situé au centre ville, facile à déplacer,il y a tout ce qu'il faut, manger, fait du shopping.... Chambre assez grande mais manque d'aération , tapis, moquette vieillot,et surtout pas de bouteilles d'eau ,ni thÚ ni café en sachet de bien venu et ni broulloir ces éléments sont des minimums de confort et il n'y en a pas ,je ne reviendrai plus à ibis cas radin , déçu pour moi
