Not super dirty, but also not clean. It seemed old and not renovated. It was also super hot and we could not adjust the heat. Staff was OK but not a lot of information, smile or effort. Location was good though for our plans. All in all OK

Firstly the hotel is NOT the one shown in the image, it’s a completely different and far more shabby building. The receptionist was probably the rudest and least helpful I’ve ever experienced, it’s almost unbelievable why anyone would employ such a rude person in this role. The hotel is quite tired, but acceptable, the location is good for tram access into the city centre. Breakfast was very average, with again, very poor service from the staff. Overall I’d say avoid unless the location is your main reason for staying. We certainly won’t be returning.

Reception very helpful as there were no drinks making facilities in the room. The room itself had poor insulation and the wind was howling all night. Traffic noise was also poor from 6.00/6.30am.

Outdated but cozy hotel

Close to a motorway, situated on a busy road section (once window in your room is closed, you won't hear any traffic), McDonalds and Aral station across a hotel, tram no. 3 to a city centre of Leipzig 3 mins walk away (a journey by tram takes 24 mins). Hotel is outdated, rooms small but cozy. Our shower had for some reason a shower gel attached to a wall 2 m above a ground which made it unreachable. A bathroom was also full of dust. We didn't have breakfast, cannot share opinion on it. Check in and out was okay. The staff looked tired (came across two receptionists).

The room was super hot, no air conditioning; also no air conditioning in the breakfast area, so juices and yogurts were hot as well and it wasn’t pleasant to have breakfast there. The shower gel dispenser in the shower was empty and we didn’t get the room done during our stay there. All in all, super expensive for the hotel general conditions and service provided.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort - als wir nachts in das Zimmer kamen, war dieses leider nicht gereinigt worden, d.h. die Betten nicht gemacht vom vorherigen Gast - das Zimmer ist wohl einfach vergessen worden. An der Rezeption habe ich aber ein neues Zimmer bekommen, das war dann in Ordnung und auch sauber. Frühstück hatten wir nicht und absolut positiv bewerte ich das Personal. Sowohl die Nachmittags-Mitarbeiterin als auch die Dame in der Nacht, die uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben hat, waren sehr bemühlt. Ansonsten hab ich nichts genutzt im Hotel, aber für den Preis ist es wirklich absolut in Ordnung.
