10/10 Exceptional

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The whole hotel had such a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere, with a fantastic vibe throughout. The quality of the hotel and the genuinely lovely staff made our stay that little bit more special. Our four-year-old daughter had the best time and absolutely loved every minute of it! A brilliant experience for the whole family, and somewhere we’d happily return to.

I really enjoyed my stay, the staff were friendly and helpful and I had some good food, used the excellent gym, and even rented a bike to take advantage of the 10 minute cycle to the city centre via the ferry. Will re-visit.

6/10 Good

The hotel itself is clean and quiet and the location is good to get to downtown Amsterdam by using the free ferry. It's about 15 minute walk to the free ferry to cross the river to downtown Amsterdam. The hotel is extremely small. queen bed is not the same size at the American queen bed. there hardly any space to store your luggage's. It's fine for one person. for two person people, It is extremely tight. Nothing is provided for free except hot and cold water from the lobby.
