Captivating Cappadocia!

Room was cozy, and ideal for single night stay! The cafe/restaurant is fantastic; with really healthy menu and a great atmosphere. Accommodation was great value for money! It’s in the heart of Brighton, close to the train station and with loads of bars and cafes and great little shops all around it. Will be my first choice every time I’m staying over in Brighton.

Good value. Good location for town and seafront. Accommodating staff to help with late check in and providing care of our luggage after check out. Room was cosy but had everything we needed.

Good spot but noisy af!

This hotel is a little gem but they've got to make improvements in soundproofing. The windows are single ply and you can hear absolutely everything from the pub in the corner, to traffic on the main road to passer byers at wee hours of the morning, and on top of that the noise of the bathroom fans coming from other rooms will travel through the room in a horrendous bass sound that won't let you rest. I complained to the management and they sent someone over but the noise didnt go away until after an hour. The rest of this place is very pleasant and facilities are clean, with a very comfortable bed and sheets. The cafe downstairs offers a good range of breakfast iptions and their coffee was great. Its such a shame about the noise otherwise it would have been good.

Friendly staff with great communication. It was very hot that weekend so the in-built ceiling fan was much needed. Good location easy walkable distance to everything. The room was incredibly small though, the shower room especially - and so might not suit anyone with mobility issues or those needing space.

First time in Brighton

This was my first time in Brighton and I can’t believe it took me so long to visit this beautiful city. I went to support a friend for his first marathon. I stayed the weekend. This hotel is just beautiful and sits in the middle of the city. It is in perfect walking distance to everything. I was in need of nothing. Easily managed. The staff was very accommodating, helpful, friendly and polite. This hotel is only 5 or 6 rooms. It was very comfortable. The bed is nice and comfortable. Everything was so clean. I had water, coffee, tea and a kettle in the room. Water was replenished daily when asked. And the cafe below was just delightful. Delicious coffee and pastries and the desserts are worth taking extra for your journey home. Thank you Cappadocia Guest House for a lovely stay.

Above and beyond for the value

The place had absolutely everything I needed and more. For the price i was expecting it to be a bit rough and ready but it was genuinely a really pleasant stay. The bed was really comfy with lush pillows, and the room had a really fancy light that was dimmable and also a fan! Tea, coffee, water, shampoo, hairdryer, robe, bedroom info, absolutely everything! I had a really great stay and 100% will be back!
