In general, this is a good place to stay, if you have a car. Without a car, I'd recommend a place which is closer to the city. The plus with this property is their parking lot. Very few hotels in Guanajuato have one. The neighbors of this hotel have roosters, and they are very, very loud. If your sensitive to noise then keep this in mind.

The hotel is average, it has parking but it was a nightmare to park or drive car up the steel hill to park. The hotel staff was sometimes out tending to other matters so office was empty. We spent one night without water because the pump broke and no offer was made to accommodate us in a different room or reimburse us for the inconvenience of spending half the day/ night without water. The hotel is small so the hallway was very noisy.

Todo estuvo hermoso y se respira mucha tranquilidad, lo único malo que me tomó vivir en mi estancia, la experiencia de que nos picaron las chinches, desafortunadamente. Ojalá pudieran mejorar esa parte porque el hotel está increíble y sin duda lo recomiendo. El personal super amable y tiene varias zonas muy padres!
