When I tried to check in, I was told that my rooms/reservation were canceled due to over booking. Then the clerk said that we could get different room, probably. From her attitude, I could tell she really didn't want to help, so I asked her if it would be easier for her to cancel my rooms and for us to go elsewhere. I was told yes and when I asked if she would update the reservation to read canceled, she again replied that my reservation had already been canceled. However, this morning I was charged a "no show" fee. I tried to get a refund due to the fact that I actually did show up, but only left when the clerk agreed me leaving would be easiest. Also, I did see the clerk be rude to another guest and, obviously, dud not want to be there. Though, I didn't get a chance to stay, the hotel was extremely run down, moldy, and unsafe looking. I am also not holding my breath on ever seeing my refund.
