It is an older establishment but seems to be well maintained. It has a very nice English style pub,.but unfortunately it was only open on Friday and Saturday, but we had a very nice breakfast there in the morning. Its a small town business, so if you arrive late be prepared to call someone to be checked in. Fortunately there was a gentleman inside and opened up for us as soon as he saw us. Very freindly and quick check-in and free parking around back of the hotel. Lots of shopping malls within a 30 second to 3 minute walk and restaurants within steps of the front door. Great location.

This hotel last check in time is 3:00 pm. They move me to the other hotel without e mail or notifying me. Fortunately, the other hotel has nice service and excellent breakfast.

Greit for en natt.

Ble spurt om å bytte til nabohotellet Finnsnes hotell og skulle få minst like bra rom der. Det var ok for oss. Rommet var greit nok for en natt. Fikk ikke info om at det var billigere å stå parkert utenfor hotellet isteden for på parkering i bakgården. Knøttlite bad og sjelløst gammelt lite rom. God seng, men varmt og en god del støy fra trafikken i sentrum. Bra frokost.

Ended up arriving later than expected to find no staff at the desk (beyond the 3:30 cut-off). Front doors locked and no answer on the phone to call. Turns out there were instructions (thru expedia) for the need to call if you were to be late. Once they called back (and someone let me in to the lobby) i was able to get a key to a room. After that it was smooth sailing. I was uncertain of the area around the hotel but as my stay progressed I realized it to be busy and safe. Surrounded by malls, restaurants and a grocery nearby. Interesting things to look at near the port a couple blocks away. Overall a comfortable stay. Breakfast available each morning.

Es war leider sehr unruhig dort zu schlafen, da irgendwelche Idioten bis weit nach Mitternacht mit ihren Autos immer wieder lautstark beschleunigt hatten. Die Schallisolation war nicht gut.

Der Chef des Hotels war freundlich, aber verpeilt. Er dachte wir bleiben eine Nacht und nicht drei, daher war unsere Zimmerkarte deaktiviert. Zum Glück war er da zum Renovieren und machte uns auf.

Veldig smooth overnatting. Hadde med oss to katter og rommet er veldig stort så de har nok plass. Alt var også åpen så vi var ikke redd at de gjemmer seg til steder vi ikke kan nå. Renholdet kunne vært bedre spesielt under sengen. Enkel frokost, men nok for at man blir mett. Vi hadde ikke problem med å finne parkering ved hotellet. Ligger foran senteret så det er lett å kjøpe dersom man trenger noe. Personalet var veldig hyggelige og lett å kontakte. Fin base dersom man ønsker å utforske Senja.

Helgelangt opphold, og var nærme Finnsnes Kirke, som var veldig praktisk. Hadde også gratis parkering. Det var dog fullt på parkeringa 2 av 3 dager, så parkerte på Amfi-senteret like ved.

Traffic noise makes it hard to sleep, if you are sensitive to it, make sure you dont get the room beside the road. I would recommend to check if tax is included in the hotel fee. Bus trips to airport is limited, planning is CRITICAL.

o horário de atendimento na recepção é restrito, quando chegamos tivemos que ligar para um número informado no interfone para acessar o hotel e nosso quarto. No geral a estadia é ok, mas nada que surpreenda. O café da manhã era modesto. Fica próximo ao ponto de desembarque de ônibus e ao terminal da balsa. Em frente ao hotel, tem um Burger King e um centro comercial com outras opções. Além disso, na mesma rua tem o Tiger Sushi, lá serve um dos melhores pratos com salmão que comemos na viagem. No mais, a não ser que contrate passeios com agências, que são poucas, você não terá muito o que fazer na cidade durante o inverno.

Stort og godt rom, med god madrass og bra puter. En stor ulempe at panelovenen på rommet ikke hadde termostat. Når den var på, som den måtte være med 15 minusgrader og vind ute, ble det veldig varmt på rommet og ubehagelig å sove. På badet, der faktisk var termostat, var det derimot litt kjølig og jeg fikk ikke opp temperaturen der i løpet av det døgnet jeg bodde der, selv om jeg justerte opp termostaten 3-4 grader. Jeg savnet også noe grovt brød til frokosten.

Over all forventning!

Bodde på Senja hotell i fbm jobbreise. Utrolig flott beliggenhet i sentrum. Har vært fokus på min komfort hele tiden, jeg er veldig takknemlig for det da det var svært krevende arbeidsdager. Rommet var rent og romslig, med utmerket nespressomaskin, kapslene ble fylt på underveis. Frokost er veldig bra, med både varme retter og koldtbord, varmt brød, nydelig laks, god kaffe. Mulig å smøre på en matpakke til senere på dagen, noe som reddet meg! Jeg fikk beholde rommet på avreisedagen da flybussen gikk senere ut på ettermiddagen, helt gratis. Dette har betydd så mye i det snøværet! Personale er helt nydelige folk, imøtekommende, alltid smilende. Ingen problem med å låse seg inn på hotellet på ettermiddager. Hender det jeg besøker Senja en gang til, er dette hotellet! Tusen takk.
