The staff was excellent and helpful. We also got placed in a room on the top floor facing the city - it was lovely! Very close to Metro station and bus stops, as well as great bakeries and a shopping center. My one minor complaint is the bathroom had no shelves in the shower or by the sink. I've had cruise ship bathrooms that were smaller but more functional. Beds were comfy, and the kettle was welcome for tea and coffee.

We were very pleased with our stay at Scandic Falkoner. A very convenient hotel near the metro station and super easy to get to all main attractions. Comfortable bed and rooms, clean facilities, helpful staff and beautifully decorated with a nice theatre feel to it. We loved the breakfast and also had a delicious dinner for my birthday at their restaurant with live jazz music.

Pleasant enough hotel, bed was comfortable, I found the pillows too hard and high (but it is my preference to have a softer, thinner pillow). Room could have done with tea/coffee making facilities, wasn't too impressed that one has to pay for tea/coffee from a machine in the lobby. Coffee shop opened fairly late in my opinion. Close to good cafes, Metro station and a shopping centre with a large supermarket.

We had a 5-night stay. The location is the best, 2 mins walk to metro and cafes, restaurants around. A nice shopping mall in 2 mins walk as well. The room is small without even a desk for work or make up. It was very noisy with music at midnight at the first night and I called the staff who responded quickly and problem solved. The room is not super clean. They forgot to clean my room for once and they put the rubbish from our bin on the table without throwing it for once. Price is not cheap and I expect cleaner environment.

Overall, good experience. Great location and metro is just outside the hotel which is very convenient for both airport and city centre. - Check-in/Out - Process was smooth, - Rooms - Were clean and well maintained. - Breakfast - Excellent buffet spread - Cleaning - Was a bit of let down. Was asked at check-in if we require room cleaning for everyday of the stay, which we confirmed we require. However, room was cleaned on Day 1 and when checked with reception, they said there was no records of our request and that we should have been informed to request cleaning with reception everyday of the stay. But, upon insisting it was confirmed at start - they did make up the room next day. - Early Breakfast - Had an early morning flight to catch, so checked with reception prior day around 9 pm if we can get some packed to-go breakfast, which they confirmed cannot be accommodated and we should have requested before 8pm (again something was not made aware of in advance) - Lack of any mini bar or even a bottle of water in the room. All need to be purchased at reception. Basic couple of water bottles could be expected especially for 4 start hotel. Overall, good location and comfy rooms was all that mattered for us short stay, so we are fine with it

This hotel has a great location (right by the Metro), the staff are wonderful, and the food/bar/breakfast were all near perfect. However, for what you pay per night, the rooms are pretty poor, not very clean, not worth the cost, and not really in line with the image this hotel tries to portray. The showers were caked with soap scum, there were odd stains on the walls and doors, the floors were not clean, the room was dusty and just felt grubby and rundown, overall. We requested daily housekeeping and it was always a surprise to see what they cleaned and didn't clean. They never once changed our dirty coffee cups even though we piled them up on the counter and never refilled the coffee / tea station. All in all, we weren't impressed with the cleanliness. So, if you want a friendly hotel with great food, a great bar, great service, and a great location, this place might be worth the very high price. If you value quality and cleanliness as part of your expense, you will likely be disappointed.

What a great find! The location was ideal. You are close to all 3 Metro lines which makes it extremely easy to get around town and to get to the train station to travel around the country. We used it as our home base for a week and it was ideal. There was even a bakery two blocks away where we got our morning Danish!
