Stayed for one night. Comfortable stay, the bed, the air conditioned room, friendly staff offered early check in as the room was ready ( i highly appreciated)... I will definitely revisit again. Centrally located yet quiet. Hadn't had breakfast there so couldn't comment.

Great hotel in the center of Madrid, near Gran Via, near Callao, near Sol. Near Santa Domingo. Which means you have very good accsess to the Metro and attractions around in the city. I really enjoyed the hotel, which gave me a very good room for a 3 star hotel. Did not try the breakfeast, but maybe next time. To sum it up the location is amazing.

The hotel was spotlessly clean though a little dated. There are limited toiletries provided (only dual body wash and shampoo) and we had an issue where our shower door didn't close. The Aircon/heating on the room is excellent. The location is perfect though I would bring earplugs.
