The hotel is overlooking the Nevrion river, with all the main attractions just round the corner. Our room was very modern, clean and spacious. Only one thing that we did not like was that at the first floor wasn't bright. Overall a beautiful hotel.

8/10 Very good

4 night stay in October - the wife and I. Really nice hotel - perfect for exploring Bilbao. Location 10/10 as by the footbridge over the Nervion and by the Guggenheim, new town, Bilboats and funicular. We were on the top floor - no views except suites - room 719 was quiet, clean albeit we had the worlds squeakiest bathroom door and were fodder for a ravenous mosquito but soon sorted. Staff, breakfast, reception and bar area 10/10. Tip - pay for breakfast it is tip top! Thanks

Lovely stay. Food in the restaurant and bar was super. Spotlessly clean. Reception staff called taxis on several occasions and they arrived before we’d got to the exit……excellent. They could improve by supplying better quality toilet paper.

8/10 Very good

Our stay was very good. The room was fine, the situation is excellent, only a short walk to the Guggenheim. Staff excellent too. Our only grumble is that the hot food was never very hot and there were never any hot or even slightly warm plates on which to put the cooked breakfast choices.

Nice hotel ver6 well located. Easy to walk to most places of interest for short visit.Hotel parking* has only 50 spots charge 27€ a night. We were lucky to find parking in nearby street green sector and benefiting from free holidays parking around August 15.

no slippers unless pay ten (must come with robe). No refill of daily bottle of water. The cleanliness I found is quite well, they clean the floor and bed everyday.

This place was wonderful. Breakfast was a great selection. Rooms were clean. If you have a car, good luck parking it at the hotel. 250 rooms and 50 parking stalls had to park down the street. However get your ticket validated & you get a 10% discount

8/10 Very good

A very pleasant hotel, with a lovely room and helpful staff. Room was serviced promptly. The hotel room suffered from a fair level of noise during the evening and night from other customers, and including a dog barking from somewhere in the close vicinity of the room. The tea/coffee/milk supplies were not replenished meaning a visit to reception to ask for additional items. Complimentary water in the reception area was only available at certain times of the day. Didn’t utilise the breakfast offering.
